IV. Investment & Payment Terms

Transaction Point Policy
**Project Mobilization Fee** A **50% advance payment** is required to secure creative capacity and initiate the production process.
**Final Settlement** The remaining **50% balance** is due upon final client approval and **PRIOR to the final delivery** of all high-resolution, licensed assets.
**Accepted Methods** Secure Bank Transfer, Stripe, and PayPal Business.
**Late Payment Clause** Invoices not settled within **7 days** of the due date will incur a **10% late payment fee**.

V. The Lux AI Onboarding Process
